Dance walk

augemented reality application bringing site-specific dance in archaelogical sites

@ Alekos Bourelias & Christos Bourelias, Archlabyrinth Studio

An interdisciplinary project in the form of an augmented reality application for smartphones, Dance Walk offers an immersive journey to the Greek cultural heritage through contemporary dance and high-tech.

Dance Walk proposes a stroll at the centre of Athens, with stops at selected archaeological sites, where the users can watch, through their device, a short dance performance, inspired by the environment, the architecture, and the history of the place (site-specific dance).
